Aaron Kwok: “Step Up with Style, Guard Your Heart All the While”
I’m so happy to serve as the World Heart Day Ambassador for the 8th year ❤️. This year’s theme is "Exercise for Heart Health," is one I strongly agree with 😍 I’ve stayed committed to daily exercise, following the "Three Low, One High, Zero Trans" diet, avoiding smoking and alcohol, and having regular check-ups. These heart-healthy habits help keeping my heart in top shape 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻.
Staying fit, both physically and mentally, not only helps me perform at the best on stage and on screen, but more importantly, allows me to be the pillar of my family. Caring for our heart means caring for our family. So let’s all stay active and keep our hearts strong & healthy 🥰😍
The World Heart Day Heart Health Carnival cum Run for Heart will be held on 5 January 2025 at the Hong Kong Science Park! Don’t miss out on the variety activities —mark your calendar now! 🎉 Let’s GO for the Healthy Heart!" 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻🏃🏻♂️

Hi everyone,
I’m John Tsang. I believe we should “Keep exercising to maintain our heart health and to ease our mind and body.”
I'm thrilled to be serving as the “World Heart Day Ambassador” for the third year! This year's theme, "Exercise for Heart Health," is a message for everyone, regardless of age or gender. Even though I'm in my seventies, I am still staying active because I have always placed my physical and mental well-being as a priority. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
The secret to a "young heart" ❤️ like mine comes from a combination of eating healthy, exercising regularly, and staying positive. Any one of these factors cannot be neglected. No matter how busy you are, the commitment to daily exercising is important! Exercising strengthens your heart, improves your mood, and helps to reduce your stress level. Whether it is in the form of running, swimming, or cycling, the commitment helps to strengthen your heart.🏋️♀️
Let us all become champions of our heart health! Join me in the “Run for Heart” event
